The highest aim of our Pro2 company policy is to satisfy our customers. It is founded on continuous quality improvement of the various areas of technology, products, support and pricing.
Regular analysis, evaluation and progressive optimisation of this process are defined in the Pro2 Quality Management Manual (QMM). Pro2 began implementing this manual based on the international DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 standard at a very early stage. The QMM describes our quality policy, the quality management system, and presents information on our organisational structure.
